Variable frequency drive description
The material of Jiesheng frequency converters is PCB coated with
three anti-paint barriers, which are anticorrosion,
moisture-proof, antistatic, and dust-proof. Metal shells with flame
retardant properties are selected, which have high
impact resistance, high heat resistance, high flame resistance,
safety, reliability, and durability. There are no obvious
weaknesses in the product's internal details, and the craftsmanship
is excellent. Furthermore, in order to extend the
product's service life, a powerful cooling fan system can be
installed, which leads to low noise and rapid cooling.
Designed with human-centered buttons, a reasonable layout of the
buttons, detachable panel, can be connected to
an extension cable, up to 500m, if dangerous equipment is being
used, remote control is possible.
Features of the frequency converter
1. Protection against overload damage: Prevent overheating of the
protector when the main power line is overloaded.
2. During low voltages, the device is protected from overheating by
being under-voltaged.
3. Protect the ground from leakage currents by not allowing the
current to exceed a certain level.
4. The purpose of the stall protection is to prevent multiple
currents from flowing through the frequency converter,
tripping it and stopping it from functioning.
5. Protection against short circuits: Cut off the circuit when
abnormal.
6. Activation of a guard when a predetermined maximum current is
