With the ST-310 Series you can operate pumps, fans, conveyors,
mixers, and many other applications
with variable and constant torque. The unique ventilation design,
using vector control technology, DSP control system,
and Infineon's latest IGBT technology; the powerful large fan can
be detached, which allows for easy maintenance;
the control panel can be disassembled, and remote operation can be
selected; the product has stable performance,
is simple to operate, and is widely used across a variety of
applications; well-recognized by customers.
Software design of VFD
1. The current control mode will be V/F control (open loop vector
control and closed loop vector control are being developed).
2. The maximum control frequency is 3000Hz.
3. Using wave-by-wave current limiting algorithms may prevent
hardware protection components from damaging current.
4. Conventional overload capacity: 130%, 150% 60s, 18% 10s, and
200% 0.5s.
5. Fast tracking startup mode, small current and voltage impacts,
accurate tracking.
6. The four-time fault record: the current, voltage, and
temperature recorded during the fault process of the frequency
converter,
facilitating the analysis of faults
7. Multiple device debugging with parameter copying and parameter
backup is convenient with the capabilities of the panel.
8. 0.7khz*16khz is the carrier frequency.
9. When high-frequency conversion temperature rises, the carrier
frequency can be automatically adjusted to ensure reliable
operation.
10. The temperature detection module, the overheat alarm, the
temperature setting of the frequency converter, and the automatic
starting of the fan based on the temperatures greatly extends the
service life of the thermostat.
11. Multi-speed: Supports up to 16 speeds.
