Software design of frequency inverter
1. A V/F control mode has been proposed (open loop vector control
is being developed as well as closed loop vector control).
2. Control frequency is limited to 3000Hz
3. The wave-by-wave current limiting algorithm: prevents the impact
of hardware protection components when loading current.
4. Capacity of overloads: Conventional overload capacity 130%, 150%
60S, 180% 10S, 2000% 0.5S
5. Speed tracking: fast start mode, small current and voltage
impact, accurate speed tracking
6. During the fault process of a frequency converter, a four-time
fault record records current, voltage, and temperature.
7. Multi-device debugging is made easier with the panel's
functionality to copy and backup parameters.
8. Frequency of carrier: 0.7kHz*16kHz. During small temperature
rises of frequency conversions, carrier frequency can be
automatically adjusted with frequency conversion temperature to
ensure reliable operation
9. Detection module for temperature, overheat alarm setting set for
frequency converters, flexible start for fans following
temperature, greatly extended service life overall.
10. A maximum of 16 speeds can be controlled by this multi-speed
control feature.
