Instruction of frequency inverter
Inverters in the ST310 series are high-performance v/f control
inverters, primarily suited for the use of three-phase asynchronous
motors. The power control device changes the motor's working power
supply's frequency, voltage, and current. It is characteristic of
strong overload capacity, high rotation speed at high frequency,
stable acceleration, deceleration, etc. In addition to stable
performance, the ST310 series offers multiple protection features.
The products are widely used in many fields due to their wide
voltage design of 220v-480v in accordance with international
voltage requirements, including in the United States, Europe, Asia,
South America, and other countries.
Software design of frequency inverter
1. A V/F control mode is being developed (open loop vector control
and closed-loop vector control are being developed).

3. A wave-by-wave current limiting algorithm protects hardware
protection components from the impact of loading current.
4. Overload capacity: Conventional overload capacity: 130%, 150%
60S, 180% 10S, and 200% 0.5S
5. Tracking speed: small impact on currents and voltages, accurate
tracking speed
6. In a frequency converter fault process, a four-time fault record
can record current, voltage, and temperature, facilitating fault
analysis.
7. A panel can store a group of parameters, making it convenient to
debug multiple devices at the same time.
8. The carrier frequency is 0.7khz~16khz. The carrier frequency can
be automatically adjusted with frequency conversion temperature and
operating frequency to ensure reliable operation at low
temperatures.
9. With a temperature detection module, overheat alarm temperature
setting, and default fan following temperature flexible starts, the
service life of the fan is greatly extended.
10. A maximum of 16 speeds can be controlled by the multi-speed
controller.
