Product Testing of variable frequency drive
Semi-finished product testing
After all semi-finished products are processed, the quality
department will carry out a comprehensive
appearance test and electrification test. After the test is
completed, professionals will apply three layers
of three-proof paint, and some products will undergo
electrification aging test.
All test data are archived to ensure the consistency of product
testing. Abnormal test data can be recalled
and investigated later.
The finished product testing
At least 12 hours after the production is completed, the aging
temperature is 55 degrees to ensure the reliability
of the internal electronic components.
After the aging is completed, load tests such as loading, impact,
rapid acceleration, and deceleration are carried out
with the excitation motor, and the input and output ports of the
product are tested to ensure the consistency of product
performance and various functions
